Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed. In the event of a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery will be provided with your shipping confirmation.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Earthth Table LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at Kath0er70ine@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work to reach a satisfactory resolution.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist. We recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier first using your tracking information.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the re-shipment cost.
