Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Earthth Table. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include your order number or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items
Gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain personal care items that have been opened cannot be returned. Please reach out if you are unsure about a specific item.

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the credit to appear depends on your card issuer’s policies.

Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund after receiving our approval notification, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at Kath0er70ine@outlook.com.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at Kath0er70ine@outlook.com and send the item to the return address above.
